¨  United States v. Roger Duronio, USDOJ, New Jersey. Provided support to the government’s forensic expert by performing reverse engineering and malicious software analysis.

¨  United States v. Sami Omar Al-Hussayen, USDOJ, District of Idaho. Performed forensic analysis and testified as an expert witness.

¨  United States v. James Treffinger, USDOJ, District of New Jersey. Performed forensic analysis.

¨  United States v. McGowen and Segreti, USDOJ, Southern District of New York. Performed forensic analysis.

¨  United States v. Triumph Capital, USDOJ, District of Connecticut. Provided computer forensic training overview for the prosecutors and performed an informal review of defense expert’s affidavit.

¨  United States v. Vasily Gorshkov, USDOJ, Western District of Washington.  Participated in undercover operation and created the first “honeynet” successfully used in a Federal prosecution.  Provided intrusion and forensic analysis. Testified as an expert witness.

¨  United States v. Alexey Ivanov USDOJ, District of Connecticut. Provided intrusion and forensic analysis. Directly participated in proffer sessions, and performed computer forensic analysis of data resulting from the first court-approved cross-border international search of a foreign computer system.
